Dams-cool is an Haitian artist influenced by Afrosound, driven by a deep passion for music.
His journey began at the age of 14, but officially launched his career in 2018.
Over the years, he has been featured in multiple interviews on radios and televisions,
sharing his artistry and vision.
At the end of 2020, he moved to the Dominican Republic, continuing to refine his craft. Before leaving Haiti,
he owned a recording studio where he worked on a mixtape 21 tracks of pure creativity that his never had the chance to release.
In 2021, due to an unexpected computer failure, he lost all his files, including backup, leading him to step away from music for a while.
After three years of reflection and growth, he left the Dominican Republic and settled in the United States.
In January 2025, he made his long-awaited return, reigniting musical journey with a brand-new single, “DETAY,” released on February 13th 2025. “Listen here“
Music is not just sound it’s an expression of soul for him which is why his official slogan is “From Soul to Sound.”
